Interviewer Access (Offline App)

In this article, we will explain the process that the interviewer should follow to access your survey in our offline application, in just three steps!

1. Download the "Ow Survey Offline" application.
2. Click on "Interviewer" and request an access code.
3. Enter the code and start collecting.

Your interviewers are already registered, and we will need only a few steps to help them access the application. Please note that this step-by-step guide works for both Android and iOS operating systems.

First, ask them to search for "Ow Survey Offline" in the app store on their respective smartphones (App Store for iOS and PlayStore for Android).    

After downloading, they should select the "Interviewer" option and enter the email address that you registered when you added the interviewers.    

A code will be sent to the registered email address, which the interviewer should use to validate their access. With the correct code entered, the interviewer will be able to enter the platform and access the survey linked to their email.

IMPORTANT:

• Instruct the interviewers not to request codes repeatedly. Remember, it may take up to 5 minutes for the code to arrive in their inbox. 
• If the registered email address is incorrect, the interviewer will not be able to receive the code to enter the platform. Always check with the interviewer if the data entered is correct. 
• If the email used to access the application is incorrect, we will show an "Invalid email" warning. This means that the email used is not linked to any survey within our platform, and therefore login is not permitted. 
• If the code has expired or is incorrect, the message will always be the same.
